Manufacturer warranty in Slovenia
- The manufacturer warranty for Hyundai units in Slovenia is 3 years.
- Warranty and post-warranty service in Slovenia are provided by the authorised partner EXPERTO International d.o.o. The terms of any extended warranty are set by the authorised partner. The warranty card supplied at purchase identifies the guarantor and applicable terms.
- The warranty does not affect consumers' statutory rights. The seller is liable for non-conformity of goods for at least 2 years from delivery (ZVPot-1).
- You receive a warranty card in Slovenian upon purchase.
Your statutory rights
More about your statutory warranty rights: europa.eu/youreurope/guaranteesAs a consumer, you have statutory rights in case of non-conformity of goods. The seller is liable for non-conformity of goods for at least 2 years from delivery (ZVPot-1). If the goods do not conform to the contract, the seller must repair or replace them free of charge, and in some cases you are entitled to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract. You exercise these rights with the seller; they do not depend on product registration or a service contract. The manufacturer warranty does not affect consumers statutory rights.
